Diagnostic Centre Management Software in Bangladesh

A diagnostic centre lives on turnaround time. The patient registers, pays, gives a sample or has a scan, and expects the report the same day — on paper, online or in the app. EMSL's diagnostic centre software runs that whole chain on one database, from the front desk to the analyzer to the radiologist to the patient's phone, and it is proven in diagnostic centres and hospital laboratories across Bangladesh.

CAPABILITIES

What the DIAGNOSTIC platform does

  • Registration, test ordering and billing at one counter — packages, discounts, corporate and insurance accounts
  • Sample collection and tracking from phlebotomy to analyzer to report
  • Laboratory information system (LIS) with bidirectional analyzer interfacing — results read automatically
  • Quality control, result validation and authorised sign-off before release
  • Radiology — RIS worklists and a full DICOM PACS for X-ray, CT, MRI and ultrasound
  • Online report delivery through the patient web portal and iOS and Android apps
  • Multi-branch operation with branch-level and consolidated reporting
  • Accounts, reagent and consumable stock, HR and payroll on the same platform

Turnaround you can measure

Every step from order to report is time-stamped, so management sees where samples wait and which tests are late before the patient asks.

Analyzers connected, not transcribed

Results flow from the analyzer into the LIS and onto the report without manual entry — fewer errors, faster release, and a full audit of who validated what.

Imaging included

RIS and PACS are part of the same product, and teleradiology lets a centre without an on-site radiologist still deliver consultant-reported studies.

Grows into a hospital

The same platform runs full hospitals, so a diagnostic centre that adds beds or an OPD keeps its data, its staff training and its vendor.

FAQ

DIAGNOSTIC — frequently asked questions

Which laboratory analyzers can be connected?
Analyzers that expose a serial or network interface using the ASTM or HL7 protocols — the standard for haematology, biochemistry, immunoassay and other bench analyzers. EMSL maintains interfaces for a wide range of analyzers in use in Bangladesh; share your model list and we will confirm each one.
Can patients collect reports online?
Yes. Reports are published to the patient web portal and the iOS and Android apps as soon as they are signed, alongside the printed copy.
Does it include a PACS for our CT and X-ray?
Yes. RIS worklists and a full DICOM PACS with a browser-based viewer are part of the platform, so images and lab results sit on the same patient record.
We have several branches — does it support that?
Yes. Branches run on one database with branch-level books and stock, and head office sees consolidated reporting and dashboards.
We have no radiologist on site. Can reports still be delivered?
Yes. Studies are routed through EMSL's teleradiology to consultant radiologists elsewhere, and the signed report returns to your branch record for printing and online delivery.
